The opinion of tenants, customers and residents is important. In cooperation with renowned market research partners, we conduct representative tenant, customer and household surveys. They provide information on the catchment area of a site, the importance of competitive clusters and visitor behaviour on site. This allows a valuable evaluation of measures taken – be it a change in tenant-mix or the modernisation of the city centre.
