Portfolio Assessment

Our primary task is to structure the real estate data from a portfolio in such a way that the real recommendations for action (additional purchases, refurbishment, portfolio optimisation, optimal portfolio strategy) can be determined. We structure the data on a consistent basis. As with due diligence, our focus lies on the analysis of market rents and rent forecasts.
